The first quote I liked was "The digital photograph can also be said to represent a single moment, but one that can be easily lengthened and amplified by joining it to many other moments through various forms of hyperlinks and hybrid media, including extending it as a movie". I haven't thought about movies as an extension of a photograph before. I often think about how photographs are used to remember a single moment, now I will see movies in a similar light.
The second quote I liked was "Much of digital photography will not be, as it is now, reactive but will try to anticipate and deal with potential issues rather than waiting for them to happen and recording their existence". I liked this quote because it discusses a possible future use for digital photography. Rather than have things like security cameras that would just record the events, we would have cameras that would, in a way, predict the problems and so we would be able to deal with them before they arise.
Another quote I liked was "The digital environment encourages new strategies and supports them with new efficiencies". This is extremely true today. Now we are able to use things programs like Adobe Photoshop to take new approaches to the pictures we take. We are constantly trying new methods of taking pictures and modifying them afterwards.
